Stocks under $400

I'm putting together some strategy plans for ongoing stuff. I'm trying to work out ways to make position sizing commensurate to desired risk on smaller accounts who do not have the flexibility in position sizing we have with CFDs (US regs people, mainly. The rest of you have a host of good options).
